NEW Plastlab implements the achievable pressure limit in its test benches
Hydraulic pulsating pressure test from 1÷350 bar.
Plastlab is pleased to announce that it has implemented the achievable pressure limit in its test benches by creating an electrically actuated system.
We are able to perform hydraulic pulsating pressure tests from 1 to 350 bar.
In the pressure range of 1 to 16 bar, we can perform tests in which we regulate the fluid temperature by changing the flow rate to a different temperature than ambient temperature (usable fluid: a mixture of water and glycol or water only).
At pressures greater than 16 bar, we cannot achieve fluid flow in the test objects, but we can use various types of fluids, including oils.
The maximum pulsating frequency can exceed 1Hz, with a waveform that can be sinusoidal or trapezoidal.

Pressure range: 1÷350 bar
Maximum frequency: >1 Hz
Fluid types: – with circulation, water-glycol mixtures or water only
– without circulation, in addition to those with circulation, also oils
Waveforms: sinusoidal and trapezoidal
Maximum fluid temperatures: – with circulation (water-glycol mixtures) 150°C
– without circulation but with appropriate fluids 180°C
