THE CEI EN ISO/IEC 17025:2018 STANDARD

The choice to certify the tests according to the UNI CEI EN ISO/IEC 17025:2018 standard is a guarantee for the customer.

In fact, the checks carried out by laboratories accredited in accordance with the ISO/IEC 17025 standard are services to support production processes or conformity assessment activities depending on the product sector, we are talking about tests, measurements and analyses.

Accreditation of a laboratory means the formal recognition given by a third party, (in Italy ACCREDIA) on the technical competence of the structure in order to carry out certain tests.

In fact, accreditation is issued for individual tests and therefore should not be confused with recognition extended to the laboratory in its own right

complex.

PLASTLAB ACCREDITATION

PLASTLAB received the recognition of Accredited Body in 2018, in the years following the renewal of the accreditations it has always requested an increase in the same

also taking into consideration the needs of its customers.

With the last inspection carried out in 2023, the accredited tests to which PLASTLAB can affix the ACCREDIA mark are 22.

The qualifications concern plastic materials inside and outside the car, metals and their corrosion, painted products, electrical cables, environmental checks.

With the next inspection visit which will be carried out in February of the current year, the LABORATORY will provide for a further implementation of the accredited tests.
