Test that allows you to simulate the extreme conditions of use of Temperature and Pressure, stressing the component with fatigue. The test is generally performed by using a working fluid such as glycol/water or air. The performance characteristics of the pulsating pressure bench are as follows: Maximum pressure: 16 bar; Maximum flow: about 80 liters /min; Maximum Pulse Frequency: 1Hz; Max fluid temperature: 150°C; Environmental temperature: -70°C÷ 180°C through coupling to climatic chamber; Waveform: Trapezoidal/Sinusoidal.
If pressures above 16 bar are required, the dead-end bench can be used without fluid flow: maximum achievable pressure limit 360 bar. In this case, fluid temperatures will be affected by the environment and therefore relative to the temperature set by the chamber. Usable fluids: water/water and glycol, oil.

It is also possible to combine the pulsating pressure bench with the vibration bench and the climatic chamber to carry out tests with the simultaneous presence of temperature-pressure-vibration.
