Measurements of the brittleness limit temperature and cold springback.
Measurement of the brittleness limit temperature (Brittleness Point): Determination of the temperature at which materials (rubber and plastics) subjected to defined stress conditions become brittle.
Cold spring-back temperature measurement (TR test): Test used to evaluate the effects of crystallization on vulcanized compounds; the method allows to detect the temperatures at which the test pieces, subjected to elongation and low temperature, reduce this elongation by pre-set percentages.
